One of the biggest insecurities we as women have is AGEING. O God why do we age? π And if we do, we always, at least I always have wanted and do want to age beautifully. Even if I am 100 π some day, I would still want a young bright spotless face π which i do understand is impossible but if ladies like me (who can do anything to stay beautiful) start working now and in a right direction, we can at least have 70% of what we have now. π
And here I am, to give you the best of the best remedies, so that you would still shine while walking with a crutch π (jokes apart) so do not worry just go on readingπ
VitaminC and VitaminE... Together they work wonders and are excellent at protecting our skin from free radicle damage. Both these vitamins play essentially essential role in protecting our skin from ageing. Well they help each others ANTI OXIDANT properties. When Vitamin E heals our skin from free radicle damage and limits cell death and ageing, it needs regeneration for second time protection against cell damage. Here comes Vitamin C which regenerates Vitamin E making it further good for healing tissue damage, thats how they work so well together for our skin. Below I will list home made Vitamin C and E face masks and how to benefit from those. These masks also protect our skin from sun damage. So here we go:
Take 2 VitaminE capsules (you can get from any pharmacy) take 1 slice of orange. Squeeze out the juice of orange slice in a beauty bowl, add VitaminE from the capsules and mix well. Take 1 full teaspoon of turmeric powder and make a paste out of it. Apply this paste on your clean skin for 30 minutes and then scrub it off for 2 minutes with warm water. Do it twice a week for best results.
Take the above orange and Vitamin E mixture in a beauty bowl as stated above and mix it with 2 teaspoons on egg white. Whip it to a paste and apply on clean face. Wash off with lukewarm water after 30 minutes. For best results use twice a week. Use your regular moisturiser post this mask.
Take above the above mixture of vitamin C (orange juice) and vitamin E and mix it with 2 teaspoons of sandalwood powder. Apply on for 20 minutes, wash off with lukewarm water and apply regular moisturiser. Twice a week for best results.
Take 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and Vitamin E from 2 capsules mix it with 1 or less than 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Test this mixture on your inner arm for any reaction before applying on face. If no reaction shows up you can apply it on face and rub it on for 5 minutes and keep it on for 15 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water, pat dry and apply your regular moisturiser. I bet you will love the results of this mask on the first go. For best results use twice a week.
Take tomato juice 2 teaspoons mix 2 caps of vitamin E and 2 teaspoons of fullers earth. Apply on clean face, keep it on until it dries. Remove the pack with a warm wash cloth. Use this mask thrice a week and see the results. Use regular moisturiser post this face mask.
